This should answer two questions - Is this a corset? Is it a weight-loss belt I've seen infomercials on television for?

*Note: If you experience slight irritation during your initial use of this product, use a moisturiser to take care of it.
WASH AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Use cool water and mild soap to clean the trainer. Let it drip dry. DO NOT put your trainer in the washing machine or dryer.
Choosing the perfect size waist trainer is important. But before you order, understanding the size chart is essential. So here is a simple guide explaining how to measure your size before you order a CIR waist trainer.
Place three fingers just above your navel.
Using your index finger as a mark, run a measuring tape around your waist.
The measurement you get from Step 2 is your perfect waist trainer size.
|Sr. No.||Size||Waist in inches||Waist in cms|
|5||2XL(extra extra large)||32-34||81-86|
Seasoning is done for the waist trainer, not you. You should not reduce more than 2 inches down from your natural waist during seasoning. Once seasoning is complete, you may wear your waist trainer as you like. But go slow, listen to your body. Do not push yourself to wear the trainer beyond 8-10 hours a day.
Day 1-5 (2 hours)
The garment is going to feel uncomfortable during the first week. This is why we suggest you gradually build up to wearing our waist trainer for 2 hours for the first 5 days. While wearing a waist trainer, try to begin an exercise program or basic stretching to prepare the body for more intensive workouts.
If you get rashes or marks do not fret, your skin is getting seasoned. Just massage in some moisturiser and it will be fine soon.
Day 6-7 (3 hours)
After breaking in your waist trainer, for the 6th and 7th day wear the slimming garment for 3 hours.
Day 8-10 (3 hours)
If you are a beginner be prepared to feel constricted, your body will become accustomed to it quickly. If you feel any kind of pain, discontinue training.
Day 11-12 (4 hours)
Day 13-15 (5 hours)
Day 15-18 (5 hours)
Day 19 (6 hours)
Day 20-21 (7 hours)
We advise you to order one size smaller than your actual t-shirt size. If you find that you are in between sizes, please go with the larger size if you’re on the bigger side. For additional help with sizing, please call us at +91 9619014794 or email us at email@example.com.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not process cancellations after the order has been placed.
How does waist training work?
Our waist trainers aim to slim you down and with regular use, will help you trim a few inches off. This will be achieved most effectively when coupled with diet and exercise.
I’m a beginner. How do I know how long I should keep my waist trainer on for?
We recommend starting off with wearing your trainer for 2-3 hours a day, gradually increasing the wear time for maximum results. Listen to your body! Wear it as much as you can, taking care not to exert yourself and be certain you are never compromising your breathing. Starting off small and upping your wear time gradually is what will ensure your safety, as well as allow you to reap the best, most efficient results that you will be able to maintain long-term.
When can I expect to see results?
Your exact results will of course depend on your body type, weight, height, usage of product, diet and exercise regimen. This product carries no weight loss guarantee.
Does waist training hurt?
When done properly, waist training should not hurt. You will feel compression in your waist, abdomen, and midsection area. This pressure is not harmful to the body and if you do ever feel abnormal pain, you should discontinue use. Start off slowly, listen to your body, and gradually work your wear time up to make your waist reduction journey as comfortable as possible.
I have back/spinal problems. Can I still waist train?
Totally! Women absolutely love waist trainers simply for their effectiveness in alleviating back problems, scoliosis, and spinal issues. They force the back to stay straight and thus promote excellent posture, all without the bulk of a medical brace. If you have any concerns, we recommend that you consult your physician beforehand.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders take 2-3 business days (Monday- Friday) to process. After processing, orders are immediately shipped out priority. Please be advised if you are ordering a sale item, processing may take longer (2-7 business days) approx.
Returns and Exchanges?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to sanitary/hygiene reasons. It is ideal for customers to order the correct size. If you’re unsure please refer to our size chart or email us and one of our specialist will guide you through the size-selection process.
How long will the CIR Team respond to my query in?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are open Mon-Fri from 10 am-6pm. You can expect a reply to your email within 48-72 hours.
Is it safe to wear Post-Pregnancy ?
It is safe to wear the CIR waist trainer 6-8 weeks post pregnancy provided you have no health complications and you’re healthy enough to exercise. Waist-training is a lifestyle change and we reiterate that doing it the right way is a must.
Is your site secure?
Yes. All credit card information is encrypted across a secure line.
Is waist training safe?
Waist-training, like any other endeavour to get your body into shape, requires immense discipline and regulation. If followed, it can help you achieve positive results. However, wearing the wrong size or overtraining can put you at risk.
Remember: Slow and steady does it.
How do I track my order?
If you order is shipped, the tracking will be available there or in your email.
How do I put on my waist trainer?
Putting on a waist trainer can be challenging. Place the garment behind your back and using your hands, stretch it out both sides to be hooked at the front. Start hooking the garment from the top to bottom, adjusting it to your level of comfort.
Can I sleep in my waist trainer?
We do not recommend you sleep in your waist trainer. We always emphasise that overdoing it is not a good idea.
Is waist training unhealthy and does it affect my organs?
Absolutely not. Although, there has been a lot of criticism on the negative effects of waist training, it is not true. The media is confusing modern day waist training to old school corsets. These are two very different garments. You cannot find any evidence on the negative effects of waist training but you can find a repository of proof on the negative effects of corset training. However, we do recommend that you do no over do waist training. Too much of anything is bad. Make sure that you do not cross the 8-10 hour range because that will definitely not do you any good.
I need more control, should I go down a size?
No, going down a size than the one explained in the size chart will be severely constricting and painful - ouch! We don’t want you to risk your health. Go with the size recommended on the chart.
What if my size isn't available?
Oops, we're sorry – it might be temporarily out of stock, but don't lose hope! Click "Notify Me When Available" and we'll email you when your size is back in stock.
1. Start out slowly and work your way up. You might feel very restricted at first, so wear your waist trainer for a few hours at a time every day.
2. Add more time wearing your waist trainer as you start to feel more comfortable. Ultimately you'll want to be wearing it for 7-8 hours a day.
3. Keep active throughout the day and at least exercise 20-30 minutes for best results. Light workout can maximise your waist trainers effectiveness.
4. Eat nutritious food in small portions while waist training & waist train one hour after if you’ve had your meals.
5. Listen to your body. If you're feeling uncomfortable, take your waist trainer off.
6. Be dedicated. If you want the most impressive results, commit to waist training daily for a few months.
7. Review the sizing guide to determine the optimal size for you before you confirm your order and consult our team before you place the order.
8. Maintain your personal waist training regimen and notes to stay motivated during the experience of waist reshaping with us.
9. Stay subscribed to our blog posts and Instagram to keep receiving updated tips and notes to keep that waist curved right.
10. We also advise you to avoid wearing the trainer during your period.
1. Don't continue wearing your waist trainer if you experience sharp stomach pains. Remember to gradually add more time wearing your waist trainer until you start to feel more comfortable.
2. Don’t buy a smaller size to achieve quick results. Remember to use a waist trainer that fits! Use a sizing chart to determine what size you need for the best results.
4. Don’t wear the waist trainer at a stretch. Just remember to take a break by taking it off and breathing in regular intervals even if you’re looking to waist train 7 hours a day.
5. Do not put it in the washer at any time. Hand wash with lukewarm or cold water once a week.
6. Don’t invest in cheap quality waist shapers or corsets.
7. Don’t expect immediate results, you’ll get there; just remember it’s a process not magic.
8. Don’t put your waist trainer in the dryer, air drying is best for maintenance.
9. Don’t just throw away your trainers into your luggage while traveling instead use the CIR travel pouch for longer shelf life of the product.
10. Don’t waist train while eating food or when exercising heavy.
Slow and steady integration of the waist trainer into your lifestyle will make it more likely to be a long term fixture, as opposed to a temporary obsession. In the beginning of your training, wear the garment for a couple hours, not very tight, and increase gradually from there. Tell yourself: I have all the time in the world. The body accepts change much more gracefully when it's relaxed, so stressing in the beginning will only do more harm than good.
2. Take your Time (listen to your body)
Everybody's different, and every body is different. Progress of reshaping the body with waist training is highly dependent on: regular exercise, positive mind, discipline, right diet, quality of the Trainers used, and consistency of wear.
Ask yourself: Am I in it for the long-haul?
Mind that waist training is a gradual process of waist reduction using a waist trainer. Wearing the garment, exercising and eating a healthy diet can radically reduce your waist size or re-shape your waist; giving you a beautiful silhouette while permanently getting rid of unwanted inches around your waist.
3. Take a break and take it off.
I understand reshaping your waist or losing belly fat in a short span of time must be tempting but do not wear the garment at a stretch or over train your waist; you wouldn't want to wind up frail. Take the waist trainer off and take regular intervals of break as and when your body re-quires. Build your own waist training regimen to manage time better.
4.Increased shelf life.
Never machine wash or tumble dry our garments.
Hand wash your garment in lukewarm or cold water preferably with a non-scented detergent.
Use your hands, or a soft towel. Never use a sponge. A sponge will cause damage to the mate-rial. Make sure to let it air dry completely (hang over a chair or a shower curtain rod, for ex-ample) before wearing or storing it in the pouch.
5. Use a bustier or a bralette
Being on the bigger side body-wise might result in having a that little extra back fat being pushed up so wearing a sports bra, bralette or a bustier could help diminish the appearance of the bulge bothering you after wearing your garment. Once you size down, that stops being an issue.
6. Travel convenience
Note that latex is a sensitive material and should be treated properly for it to have the maximal lifetime possible. Keep your garment right & tight with our CIR waist trainer carrying case. The pouch will help you stay organised when traveling & keep your waist trainer intact.
7.Dedication & Discipline
Waist training will produce quick temporary results in waist reduction and re-shaping but for the progress to be permanent the practice requires discipline and is best achieved when the following 3 components work in harmony:
- Waist Cinching using a quality waist trainer
- Healthy Diet
- Regular Exercise
8. Reduce stress by eliminating negative self talk.
Don’t be competitive with yourself or with others. Don’t focus too much on always besting previous measurements or you’ll drive yourself insane with angst. Remember that the body has natural cycles!
9. Safe Practice
We at CIR believe in Safe waist training practice, so begin initially by breaking-in to your garment. This lets you build your own personal daily waist training regimen so your body and waist trainer get accustomed to the constriction of waist training.
10. Understanding Positive thinking and self talk
Positive thinking doesn't mean that you keep your head in the sand and ignore life's less pleasant situations. Positive thinking just means that you approach unpleasantness in a more positive and productive way. You think the best is going to happen, not the worst. Clear positive self talk will help you stay happy and motivated while you’re training & exercising your way out to a beautiful waist.
